Meet David, Cofounder and Cat Grooming Lead
David is a cofounder of Second Home Pet Care in Katy, TX. He leads our cat grooming and works with pets that need extra patience, including cats, large dog breeds and pets with anxiety, fear or biting behavior.
Cat Grooming Specialist
Cat grooming is one of my passions. Cats can be sensitive and particular, so I use slow, gentle handling to help every cat feel secure and respected during each groom. Many families come to us after their cat was turned away by another groomer, and I’m proud to be the person they trust to get the job done calmly and safely.

Patient Care for Anxious, Senior and Special Needs Pets
For puppies, seniors and pets with special needs, Juju and I often work as a team, so every pet gets the safest, most comforting experience possible. We go at your pet’s pace, one pet at a time.
Grooming at Your Door or at Our Van in Katy
I help run our grooming van, which comes to your home or welcomes pets at our Katy address by appointment. I also oversee our dog daycare and boarding, where every pet gets a clean, welcoming place that feels like a second home.

A Background in Hospitality
Before working in pet care full time, I spent 25 years managing restaurants in Shanghai, Hong Kong and New York, including Pret A Manger. Hospitality taught me consistency, empathy and great service, and those values guide everything we do at Second Home Pet Care.
Meet Juju, Cofounder and Asian Fusion Grooming Specialist
Juju is a cofounder of Second Home Pet Care in Katy, TX and specializes in scissor work and Asian Fusion dog grooming. Juju also helps care for dogs in our daycare and boarding programs.
Scissor Work and Asian Fusion Grooming
Scissor work and Asian Fusion grooming are my specialties. Asian Fusion is a detailed, artistic style that highlights each dog’s personality and charm. I approach every groom with patience, precision and love. Asian Fusion and all scissor styling is available as a $69 upgrade.
